Making cutters smaller is a far more involved process than most would think. The edge thickness on the cutters right now is as thin as I can go and keep them strong enough not to crack right away during use. If I just scale them down, the edge thickness is scaled down as well, and becomes too weak. In order to make them smaller, I have to literally start over from the vector, making the thickness wider, and then re-doing the entire 3D cutter from the ground up.
