I cannot make delivery guarantees. I have a page setup where I post the current estimated turn-around time for orders. That is the production time before the item is shipped.
These cookie cutters are PRODUCED TO ORDER and there is no standing inventory that I ship from. When you place an order, the items are produced first and then shipped.
Orders are produced in the order in which I receive them, so if someone places an order for 30 cookie cutters before your order, those cutters have to be produced before I will get to your order.
Only after an order is produced, is it shipped. Shipping time AND production time need to be taken into account for delivery estimates.
Domestic shipping is usually USPS First Class, since most orders come in under 13oz. USPS First Class takes 2-5 days to deliver after it's been mailed. If you are in a rush, I can bump the shipping up to Priority with takes 2 days, guaranteed.
For International Orders
I cannot make any guarantees at all on Delivery Times. It varies significantly from one country to the next. I've actually found that UK delivery seems to be the fastest (Even faster than Canada - Canadian customs seems rather slow lately). Some countries take anywhere from 2 weeks to a full month to show up.
Some countries provide tracking details, but many do not. Tracking information will go up until the package leaves US customs and after that, nothing is posted. Australia, UK, and Canada will add details to the tracking page when the package leaves their customs for delivery.
